Refillrack

Refillrack is a simple, single-purpose calendar that tells you when your next medication refill is due. No clinical dashboards, no symptom logs, no accounts - just a clean month view, optional reminders, and a label scanner.

Add the medications you take regularly: name, dose, how many times a day or week you take it, how many doses come in a refill, and the date you last filled the prescription. Refillrack does the math and shows your refill dates on a big monthly calendar. Tap any day with a refill to see which medications are due. Get a local notification three days before each refill (or whatever lead time you set).

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Refillrack has no account, no ads, no analytics, no tracking, no subscription, and no developer backend. The camera is used only to read printed medication labels using on-device text recognition. Frames are processed live and never stored or uploaded. Your medication list, settings, and reminders all live in this app's local storage.
