1. Legal notice
The site peekly.app is published by Hamza Ben Allal, sole proprietor, registered under SIREN number 979 496 585, based at 3 allée Philippe Polderman, 31400 Toulouse, France. Publication director: Hamza Ben Allal. Contact: hello@peekly.app.
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States.
This page is an English translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version governs.
2. Purpose of the service
Peekly is an online subscription service that analyzes the mobile app market. It collects public app store rankings daily, estimates each app's downloads and revenue, archives the associated ads and payment screens, and makes this available as dashboards, search, and tracking.
The service is intended for professional use: finding product ideas, competitive monitoring, and market analysis.
3. User account
Access requires creating an account. You agree to provide a valid email address and to keep your credentials confidential. An account is strictly personal: sharing it between multiple people is not permitted.
You can delete your account at any time. Doing so ends your subscription at the end of the current billing period.
4. Plans and pricing
Peekly offers a limited free version to explore the service, as well as a paid Pro subscription that unlocks the full product. Quarterly and annual billing may be available at a discount compared to the monthly rate. Exact, up-to-date amounts are shown on the Pricing page.
Applicable taxes are shown before payment and appear on your invoice where applicable.
5. Payment, renewal, and cancellation
Payments are processed by Stripe. The subscription renews automatically at each billing cycle, monthly or annual depending on the plan chosen.
You can cancel at any time from your account area, at no cost and without justification. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, during which you keep full access. Partial periods are not refunded on a pro-rata basis.
In the event of a failed payment, access to paid features may be suspended after several unsuccessful attempts and notice by email.
6. Right of withdrawal
The service is digital content provided immediately upon subscription. Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, by subscribing you expressly request immediate performance of the service and waive your fourteen-day right of withdrawal once access is granted.
The limited free version lets you evaluate the service before any payment.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
bulk-extract the service's content through automated means; resell, redistribute, or republish the data obtained; circumvent your plan's limits; share your credentials; or attempt to compromise the security or availability of the service.
In the event of a breach, we may suspend or close the account concerned, with notice where circumstances allow.
8. Nature of the estimates
They are provided for informational purposes, as an order of magnitude meant to guide your thinking. They do not constitute investment advice or a guarantee of business results. Any decision made on this basis is your sole responsibility.
9. Intellectual property
The Peekly brand, the site, its interface, its estimation models, and its databases are protected and remain the property of the publisher.
Screenshots, ad creatives, logos, and app names shown remain the property of their respective owners. They are reproduced for informational, analytical, and competitive monitoring purposes. Any rights holder can ask us to remove content concerning them by writing to us.
10. Availability and liability
We do everything we can to ensure the service is available, without guaranteeing zero interruptions. Maintenance operations or incidents at our technical providers may cause temporary unavailability.
We cannot be held liable for indirect damages, including loss of business, revenue, or opportunity. In any event, our liability is limited to the amount you actually paid over the past twelve months.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may evolve. Any substantial change will be notified to you by email at least thirty days before it takes effect. You remain free to cancel if it doesn't suit you.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, we invite you to contact us first to seek an amicable solution.
If you are a consumer, you can use a consumer mediator or the European online dispute resolution platform free of charge. Failing an agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
