Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

Payment:

Once the purchase is confirmed, the payment will be charged to your iTunes account.

Auto-Renewal:

24 hours before the current subscription expires, the next period’s fee will be automatically charged to your iTunes account to renew your membership.

If the deduction fails due to insufficient balance, the cloud video service may be suspended or terminated.

Cancellation:

To cancel a subscription, open your iPhone Settings → iTunes & App Store → tap your Apple ID → View Apple ID → Subscriptions, then select this app and choose Cancel Subscription.
