How does e-moped rental work?

Simple, fast and intuitive. Rent your e-moped right away.

1. Locate the nearest moped available on the app map and press “Reserve”.

2. Once you are next to the e-moped, you can “Swipe to start” the trip. All e-mopeds come with two certified helmets, sizes M and L.

3. Time to ride: press the START button on your e-moped and go. Remember to follow all safety rules and respect other people and vehicles on the road.

4. When you reach your destination, park correctly, always following the city regulations.

5. Place the helmet back and in the app “Swipe to finish”. At this point we will ask you to take a photo of the e-moped correctly parked.

- Take advantage of our Packs and Bundles: a prepaid option where we give you extra free credits. The more you prepay, the more you get in the offer. The ideal way to lower the price per kilometre as much as possible.

- We created the PASS option: pay to use any Cooltra e-moped or bike for a continuous period of time. With a 24h or 48h PASS you can switch e-mopeds and bikes as many times as you want. This daily e-moped rental is perfect for business trips, long working days, when your own e-moped is in the workshop, or for sightseeing in any Cooltra city.
