Welcome to the new Dolomiti Energia app, designed to simplify the management of your electricity and gas supplies, wherever you are. With the myDolomiti app, you can monitor and manage your home or business bills and track consumption easily and securely.

You can access the app with the same login details you use to access the myDolomiti Reserved Area on dolomitienergia.it. If you don't have an account, register directly from the app by providing your email address, phone number, and tax code.

Once logged in, complete the registration process by entering the Customer Code that will be sent to you when you sign up for the contract. If you're already a customer, you can find it on your bill among your identification details.

Find out what you can do with the myDolomiti app:

• You can access all digital services with a single account. Additionally, for immediate and secure access, you can activate biometric recognition via fingerprint or facial recognition.

• You can monitor all your active and pending electricity and/or gas bills.

If you already have one or more active electricity and/or gas bills, you can:

• View recent and past bills using the bill archive, filtering results by activation or payment status.

• Download and save electricity and gas bills to your device in PDF or Excel format.

• Activate the Digital Bill: receive bills via email or WhatsApp as soon as they are issued, avoiding delays or forgetfulness.

• Pay one or more bills online in a single payment, using a credit card or other payment methods.

• Request an installment plan for certain bills and customize the installments based on your needs, choosing your preferred payment method.

• View your electricity and gas bill history and monitor consumption over time: analyze them in detail using graphs for each bill, filter them by time period, and compare them.

• Submit a Self-Reading: share your actual consumption to avoid estimates or adjustments on your bill and ensure greater awareness of your energy and gas use.
