● Automatic stamping function

This app collects location information even when the app is closed or not in use to enable the [automatic stamping function].

The distance between the company and the user is calculated from the "company location information" and "current location location information" set in the [automatic stamping function], and automatic stamping of attendance and departure is performed.

Collection of location information from the background is activated during the monitoring time set in the [Automatic stamping function].

The collected location information will not be retained inside the app or shared outside.

To start automatic stamping, follow the procedure below to set the automatic stamping item.

【procedure】

・ Select Menu → Automatic stamping setting.

-Press the + button on the automatic stamp setting screen.

-Set and save all items on the automatic stamp registration screen.

● Attendance management

We manage the total working hours and regular / overtime hours (early departure / normal / midnight) on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis.

If you want to manage regular hours and overtime hours, please set the following procedure.

【procedure】

-Select Menu → Settings.

-Set the following items in any of the pattern tabs 1 to 10 on the setting screen.

Scheduled start time--End time

Start time of early overtime work --- end time

Normal overtime start time-end time

Midnight overtime start time-end time

● Daily / monthly salary management

You can register and manage daily allowances and monthly payments and deductions.

The registration method is described below.

[Daily salary]

-Press the date to register from the list screen.

-Press the edit button on the details screen.

-Press the daily salary item on the edit screen.

-Press the add button.

・ Select an item (* 1), enter the amount, and press OK.

-Press the save button on the edit screen.

To add / edit an item, press → on the right side of the add button.

[Monthly salary]

・ Press the monthly salary button on the list screen.

・ Select either payment or deduction on the monthly salary screen.

・ Press the + button.

・ Select an item (* 1), enter the amount, and press OK.

To add / edit items, select Edit Payment / Deduction Name from the menu on the monthly salary screen.

● Display switching

You can switch various displays with the changeover switch on the menu.

・ Switching the "hour: minute" display

・ Switching the amount display

・ Switching of detailed display

・ Switching pattern display

・ Switching the memo display

・ Switching of Rokuyo display

● Backup

You can back up monthly and yearly attendance to an Excel file from the attendance table screen or statistics screen.

You can also register from the backed up Excel file.

The backup procedure is described below.

【procedure】

-Select Menu → Backup from the list screen.

-Select the file save destination and file output and press OK.

-Press the + button on the backup screen.

-Select the output format and the year or month to output, and press OK.

● Statistics

You can manage monthly / yearly working hours and payment / deduction amount.

● Analysis

Income information such as working hours, hourly wages, daily wages, and monthly wages is displayed in a graph by month / year. In addition, the time, payment, and deduction amount are displayed month-on-month and year-on-year.
