MorphTrack: Progress Photos

You can't tell from the mirror whether a routine is working. Day to day the change is too small, and memory fills in the rest.

MorphTrack is a private progress photo tracker. Take photos over time, log the routine you're following, and compare any two dates to see what actually changed.

HOW IT WORKS

• Create a tracker for something you photograph: skin condition, acne, redness, morning puffiness, hair, posture, face symmetry — or write your own.

• Add progress photos as you go. A face outline and a grid on the camera help you hold the same angle, so two dates are worth comparing. Every photo lands in a private timeline, sorted by tracker and by month.

• Compare any two dates three ways: a slider between before and after, side by side, or one photo overlaid on the other.

• Log your routine on a calendar: skincare steps, workouts, sleep, supplements, procedures, appointments — as many factors as you like.

• With two comparable photos, run an AI reading.

WHAT THE AI DOES, AND WHAT IT DOESN'T

• It reads your photos over time and describes what looks different, area by area.

• A dynamics chart per tracker shows the direction of travel: better, unchanged or worse.

• There is no beauty score and no rating of how you look.

• It compares that visual timeline with the routine factors you logged and points out possible patterns.

• It never claims a cause. A pattern is worth a second look, not proof that one thing caused another.

• It says so when photos were shot in different light or at a different angle, and when there is not enough data yet.

• It runs only when you start it, on your own photos. Nothing is analysed in the background.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

• Your photos are visible only to you, unless you share one yourself. They sit in private storage on servers in Germany, encrypted at rest and in transit.

• All camera metadata, including location, is stripped from every photo at upload.

• A reading is produced by our AI provider, OpenAI, in the United States. Sent with it: the photos in that run, their dates, the tracker's name and goal, and the factors you logged. Only when you start a reading, only after you agree, and you can withdraw that consent later. Your email, profile and account details are never sent.

• We never sell your data, and your photos are never used to train AI models.

• There are no ad SDKs and no analytics SDKs in the app.

• Archive a tracker or a reading to hide it and keep it. Delete any photo, any tracker, or your whole account at any time.

No cap on trackers, photos or routine factors. All three comparison modes, the calendar, routine logging and reminders that match your capture rhythm, plus one AI reading each month.

Pro raises that monthly limit, as a monthly or a yearly plan, and new subscribers start with a 7-day free trial. Length and price are shown in the app before you confirm. Subscriptions are billed through your Google Play account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
