My Health Record provides access, anytime and anywhere, to a wealth of information for you and your loved ones.

You can:

• View test and analysis results, such as blood work, X-rays, ultrasounds, electrocardiograms, etc.

• Review a summary after your appointments;

• Book, confirm, or cancel appointments and receive reminders;

• Send messages to certain healthcare teams;

• Download documents completed by your healthcare provider, such as forms or certificates;

• View your medications and medical history;

• Upload health and fitness data, including Health Connect data, if you are enrolled in self-monitoring programs;

• Access reliable health information.

Gradual Deployment

My Health Record is being offered as a pilot project in the North of Montreal Island and the Mauricie-et-Centre-du-Québec region. It contains information from public institutions in these regions.
