A simple, user-friendly mobile app for scheduling meetings, upload meeting agendas, adding meeting chairperson, adding meeting agenda, inviting invitees for a meeting, capture meeting photos and uploading for a meeting, capturing and uploading meeting videos and decisions taken during the meeting.

The app also allows the residents of panchayats to view the meeting schedules, agenda, decisions taken in the meetings, view videos of the meetings.
