That is why we created the UNC Health app. This wayfinding app will make it easier for those visiting UNC Medical Center and UNC REX Healthcare by providing turn-by-turn navigation from your front door to our front desk, parking support and real time indoor guidance. The app also brings together resources to help you access care easily, whether that’s seeing the urgent care location nearest you with the shortest wait times, or helping you find a provider anywhere in our system.

• Real-time indoor step-by-step directions to get you to where you need to go at UNC Medical Center and UNC REX Healthcare

• Sign up or connect with My UNC Chart to make an appointment and for appointment reminders

• Get in line for an on demand Virtual Care Now video visit with a UNC Health primary care provider 6 a.m. – 10 p.m 7 days per week, 365 days per year, without leaving your home or office. NOTE: This will not be your own primary care or specialist provider.
