FineApp: штрафы ПДД

Please note: FineApp is NOT an official application of government agencies of the Russian Federation and does not represent the interests of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Federal Treasury, or any other government agencies.

FineApp is a private information service for motorists, combining tools for checking fines and obtaining vehicle history reports.

Information sources and legal information:

The application provides access to data from the following official and commercial systems based on open data and partnership agreements:

Fines and debts (State Traffic Safety Inspectorate, Federal Bailiff Service, and Toll Roads): Information on charges, fines, and debts for toll road use is obtained from the State Information System on State and Municipal Payments (GIS GMP) (https://roskazna.gov.ru/gis/gis-gmp). Access to the GIS GMP is provided under an agreement with the certified payment agent NPO MONETA.RU (OOO), license No. 3508-K from the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.

Vehicle Check: Data is aggregated through the service's information partner, Avtoraport LLC (https://avtoraport.ru), which provides consolidated information from open official sources:

- Federal Bailiff Service (enforcement proceedings database, checking restrictions and debts): https://fssp.gov.ru/iss/ip;

- Registry of notifications of pledges of movable property (checking whether a vehicle is pledged): https://www.reestr-zalogov.ru.

FineApp is not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in data transmitted from government or commercial systems and serves as a convenient interface for accessing the aforementioned public data.

App features:

🚙 Fine Check: Quickly search for traffic fines, Moscow parking fines (AMPP), and FSSP fines based on your vehicle data (STS, license plate number).

🛣️ Toll Roads: Check and pay outstanding tolls on toll roads (Central Ring Road, M-12, M-4, etc.).

💰 Convenient payment and transparency:

- Secure payment via the Faster Payment System (FPS) or by bank card;

- No hidden fees: The full service cost, including the service's transfer fee (if any), is displayed on the confirmation screen before the transaction;

- Reliability: All payments are processed through a licensed partner, NPO MONETA.RU (LLC), using 3D-Secure secure channels;

- Receipts: After payment, you receive an official receipt confirming payment.

📑 Vehicle reports: A complete check of ownership history, accident history, restrictions, liens, and search history is provided through partner databases and official registries.

Security and Privacy:

- All transactions are certified according to the international PCI DSS security standard;

- Bank card details are not stored in the app;

- Data is transferred to trusted partners and government information systems solely to fulfill user requests (check fines) in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
