Recovery availability

Recovery is not guaranteed for every file. A photo or video can only be restored if it was accessible to and protected by the app before it was deleted. Availability may depend on storage permissions, file format, device settings, Android version, and whether the protected copy remains accessible.

Recover Deleted Photos has limited recovery capabilities. The app can only restore eligible photos and videos that were present and accessible on your device after the app was installed and set up.

The app cannot:

• Recover media deleted before installation

• Recover permanently removed or overwritten files

• Recover data erased by a factory reset

• Guarantee successful recovery of every photo or video

• Restore unsupported files or files the app was not permitted to access

For the best results, install and configure the app before any photos or videos are deleted.
