Pre-order e-prescriptions with your health card now! Simply download the mea® app, select your favorite pharmacy, access e-prescriptions with your health card, search for products, pre-order them via the shopping cart, make appointments online and save yourself having to go twice.

IT'S THAT EASY

In the app, select your regular pharmacy, which will be listed as your favorite pharmacy on the app homepage. You are now ready to go and can contact your pharmacy.

FUNCTIONS OF THE APP

Pre-order e-prescriptions: With two clicks you can go to “Redeem e-prescriptions”, enter the access number of your health card, authenticate yourself with your mobile phone number and an SMS code you received, retrieve your e-prescriptions with your health card and order them your favorite pharmacy.

Product search: You can search for your desired medications using the search bar at the top of the home page. On the product detail page, a traffic light system will show you whether the selected product is available and when you can pick it up.

Shopping cart: In the menu bar you will find your shopping cart, in which you can place not only products but also e-recipes and product images. You will receive a confirmation from your favorite pharmacy along with collection or delivery details.

Book appointments: Use the app to book appointments for blood collection, consultation, fitting of support stockings, etc. Free appointments at your favorite pharmacy will be displayed to you.

Ask questions: Do you have questions about contraindications, taking medications, or are not sure what you need? Get discreet advice from your favorite pharmacy.

ADVANTAGES OF THE APP

Save time and duplicate trips by pre-ordering e-prescriptions and products with the app. If you can't pick up your medication at your pharmacy, that's not a problem. Many pharmacies offer a courier service that delivers the medication directly to your home*.

On the homepage of the mea® app you can also discover the mea monthly offers as well as attractive discount campaigns from your favorite pharmacy.

The security of your data is top priority! Your data is end-to-end encrypted using a highly secure process. Nobody except you and the local mea pharmacy you are in contact with can read your data.
