We know that reliable and on time delivery is important for everyone and we work with all our potential in this direction. We know that your time is very precious. You just focus on your life, it's our job to deliver your parcel whenever and wherever you want. How?

Live tracking: You can track your shipment on the delivery day via app to see where it is.

Change delivery time: Choose the available time from the options available to you in the app, after just sit back and relax.

Deliver to my neighbour: If you are not at the address on the delivery day, click “Deliver to my neighbour” and we will take your parcel to your neighbour.

Change delivery address: If you want your parcel to come to a different address than the one you selected, add your new address and we will bring it to you.

Ring /Do not ring the bell: If you have a baby or a patient sleeping at home and you are worried that they will wake up with a ringtone, all you have to do is to select “Do not ring the bell” via the app.
