Flex Rent splits your monthly rent into smaller, more manageable payments that are easier on your budget. It helps you pay rent on time, build your credit history, and breathe a little easier every month.

How it works

Flex gives you access to a credit line that you can use for rent. Each month, you pay part of your rent up front and borrow the rest. Flex pays your full rent to your property when it’s due, and you pay Flex back later in the month—on a schedule that works for you and your finances.

All loans, lines of credit , banking services, loan disbursements, and payment transmissions are offered by Lead Bank or Column N.A., Members FDIC. An application and credit assessment are required for approval. Availability of Flex services is subject to landlord and biller eligibility. Flex Rent users may pay a recurring monthly membership fee of $5.99; membership automatically renews until canceled. Flex Rent and Flex Bills users must pay a processing fee of 0.5% of your total rent or bill amount when paying your rent or bills through Flex services (an additional 2.5% surcharge applies when using a credit card). A split fee of up to 3% for each line of credit, based on how much you borrow each month, is also charged and cannot be reduced with early repayment. Flex Pay in Full users who are not extended a line of credit, are also subject to the 0.5% processing fee of their total rent amount (an additional 2.5% surcharge fee applies when using a credit card). Flex Pay in Full users who are not extended a line of credit are not subject to a recurring monthly membership fee. Other third party fees may apply. See your offer for more details.
