City Hospital: Chief Doctor

Put on your white coat. City Hospital is counting on you.

As chief doctor, you will meet patients with different complaints, examine them, review their results, and decide what happens next. Send them home, begin treatment, call a specialist, or prepare for surgery. Every decision affects your earnings and reputation.

Use medical tools such as the stethoscope, blood pressure cuff, thermometer, otoscope, penlight, and dermatoscope. Order laboratory tests and review X-rays, ECGs, ultrasounds, and CT scans. Each finding gives you another piece of the case.

Build your hospital by opening new departments, including Internal Medicine, Pulmonology, Cardiology, Neurology, Dermatology, and the Operating Room. Upgrade departments for better rewards and unlock permanent improvements for your desk.

Serious cases may lead to hand-drawn surgery mini-games. Perform abdominal, heart, skin, brain, and lung procedures, from the first incision to the final suture.

There are no timers or patience bars. Take your time, examine every clue, and make your decision when you are ready. City Hospital is about careful thinking, not quick reflexes.
