This is a legal code app that allows you to browse laws using tabbed views. You can also group and organize multiple tabs.

You can jump to the desired article by entering the article number, using the table of contents, or searching within the article. Furthermore, you can highlight or underline articles, and add sticky notes.

It supports over 9,000 laws, including major Supreme Court rules, and you can check the revision history and view past and unimplemented versions.

It features a "Time-Specification" function that allows you to specify a date and retrieve the version of the law in effect at that time.

Because you can easily retrieve and view the articles as of the "Legal Reference Date" for each exam, it is recommended for various exam preparation such as the bar exam, judicial scrivener exam, administrative scrivener exam, real estate agent exam, social insurance labor consultant exam, and civil service exam, as well as for law students' studies.

Law Browsing and Searching

- Supports over 9,000 laws (Constitution, laws, cabinet orders, imperial ordinances, ministerial ordinances, and regulations) and major Supreme Court rules (approximately 100, including the Rules of Civil Procedure).

- On the law addition screen, you can search by kana, abbreviation, and filter by law type and field. You can also check details such as the effective date via the information button.

- You can jump to the desired article by entering the article number or paragraph number using Arabic numerals.

- You can also open the article number input by double-tapping.

- Supports jumping from the table of contents and searching for text within articles.

- Parenthetical text can be displayed in a lighter color.

- Supports displaying ruby ​​(furigana), tables, images, and PDFs.

Tab and Group Management

- Open multiple laws in tabs and easily switch between them for viewing.

- Open tabs can be organized into groups, and groups can be opened and closed.

- Tabs and tab groups can be rearranged.

- Each law can be registered as a bookmark. Laws can also be grouped and organized in the bookmark list, and laws within a group can be opened all at once as a tab group.

- By tapping an open tab in the tab bar, you can check updates, amendment history, and other information for that law.

Revision History & Time Period Specification

- You can retrieve and view data on past and unenforced laws from the law revision history.

- Supports "Time Period Specification," which allows you to specify a particular date from the calendar to retrieve law data that was in effect on that day. This can be used when adding or batch updating laws.

- Data retrieved from the history or time period specification can be viewed and bookmarked separately from the current version as a "Date Specified Version."

Sticky Notes, Markers & Underlines

- You can add sticky notes by tapping the article number, or highlight or underline an article by selecting it.

- You can also add notes to sticky notes, markers, and underlines.

- Added sticky notes, markers, and underlines can be viewed from the list screen, and you can jump directly to the relevant section.

- These are displayed consistently across different versions, such as past and unenforced versions, for the same law.

- You can change the color options for markers and underlines.

Settings

- You can change the font size, font type, line spacing, character spacing, and left and right margins.

- Supports "Color Filters" to change the background color to sepia or green.

- Allows you to toggle the display of sticky notes, markers, and underlines.

- Allows you to add, remove, and rearrange functions displayed in the menu bar.

- Supports keyboard shortcuts.

- Supports backup and restore of in-app data using zip files.

Customization

- Supports dark mode.

- Allows you to change the theme color.

- Simple design compliant with Material Design.

Notes

- Even if you are viewing the "Currently Enforced Version" instead of the "Enforcement Date Specified Version," the legal data in the tab will not be automatically updated. To view the latest articles after legal revisions, please use the tab refresh function or perform a bulk update of the legal data.

- The legal data used in this application is obtained from the e-Gov legal API provided by the Digital Agency. For Supreme Court rules, data published on the court's website is independently obtained and included; therefore, revision history and time-specific settings are not supported, and the latest rules are reflected through app updates.

- This app is not affiliated with any government agency and does not represent any government agency.

- Due to API updates or malfunctions in this app, the display may be distorted or the information may become outdated. Please refer to official gazettes or other sources for accurate legal information.
