The RKSK MP Mobile App is an innovative digital platform developed under the Rashtriya Kishor Swasthya Karyakram (RKSK) initiative of the National Health Mission (NHM), Madhya Pradesh. It serves as a comprehensive management, reporting, and monitoring tool for all stakeholders engaged in adolescent health programs across the state. The app aims to strengthen data-driven decision-making, improve service delivery at the grassroots level, and ensure effective coordination among health functionaries, NGOs, and program managers.

The application is designed to facilitate the seamless collection, analysis, and reporting of real-time data from Peer Educator (PE) programs, Umang Higher Education Health and wellness program and community-level outreach activities. It integrates the key thematic areas of RKSK — Nutrition, Sexual and Reproductive Health, Mental Health, Injuries and Violence (including gender-based violence), Substance Misuse, and Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) — ensuring holistic adolescent health coverage.

Through user-friendly interfaces, the app allows counselors, Trainers, peer educators, and NGO functionaries to record and monitor adolescent health services efficiently. The system tracks NGO Trainers Sessions, Peer Training, Peer Educator sessions, school and college health activities, and the performance of peer educators in rural and urban areas.

The RKSK MP Mobile App promotes transparency and accountability by providing dashboards at district and state levels. Program managers can access detailed visual analytics, trends, and performance indicators, helping identify high-need areas, monitor NGO Trainers activities, and review NGO performance. These insights guide targeted interventions, capacity-building efforts, and policy-level improvements.

One of the core strengths of the app is its integration with NHM’s existing monitoring systems, ensuring data consistency and real-time synchronization between field-level reporting and state-level planning. It reduces manual paperwork, eliminates duplication of data, and enhances the timeliness and accuracy of reporting.
