In accordance with the regulations of the ‘Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.’ effective March 23, 2017, we access only the essential items as mandatory. For optional access permissions, you may still use the service even if you do not agree to allow them.

- Phone: Connects to gas stations and the Customer Center.

■ Optional Access Permissions

You may still use the service even if you do not agree to allow optional access permissions.

- Location: Location identification for gas station search, favorite gas stations, etc.

- Photos and Videos: Permission required for customer center inquiries and attaching receipts. (Used only on devices running Android 7.0 or higher)

- Notifications: Allows you to receive important announcements, promotional information, and refueling history notifications. (Used only on devices running Android 7.0 or higher)

You may still use the service even if you do not allow [Optional Access Permissions], but you will not be able to use the features that require those permissions until you allow them.

[Android 6.0 or higher]

- Revoke by permission: Device Settings > Apps > More (Settings & Controls) > App Settings > App Permissions > Select the relevant permission > Select Agree or Revoke permission

- Revoke by app: Device Settings > Apps > Select the relevant app > Select Permissions > Select Agree or Revoke permission

[Android 6.0 or lower]

Due to the characteristics of the operating system, it is not possible to revoke permissions by permission. Revocation is only possible by deleting the app. We recommend upgrading your Android version to 6.0 or higher.

Currently, Galaxy Note 3 users running the Android KitKat OS are experiencing an issue where apps freeze before launching.

Upon investigation, it appears this is not a matter that can be fixed within the app, but rather an update issue between the KitKat OS and the phone manufacturer. We are continuously working to find a solution. We apologize for the inconvenience.
