[App Access Permission Guide]

The following access permissions must be granted to use the app.

* (Required) Phone

- Phone number information is used to proceed with identity verification and connect to consultation calls.

- Phone number information is used for transportation card registration.

* (Optional) Storage

- Used to save app content and images to provide accurate services, and to scan QR codes in images.

However, this is a required permission for OS 13 and below.

* (Optional) Notifications

- Used to receive notification messages.

* (Optional) Camera

- Used for taking photos of IDs when applying for a card, registering documents for insurance claims, scanning QR codes for online payments and voucher/coupon registration, fingerprint/face recognition, and voice conversion services.
