"Tangrat" (The Government) is a super app that consolidates services from various government agencies in one place, providing convenient, fast, and secure access to government services through digital channels.

Developed by the Digital Government Development Agency (Public Organization) or DGA, under the Digital Government Act of 2019 (DG Act), it aims to facilitate service delivery and enhance the efficiency of government operations through continuously developed and enhanced digital infrastructure at the national level.

It is certified with ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for Information Security Management System.

Therefore, citizens can be confident that Tangrat is a 100% official and trustworthy government app, maintaining system security and personal data security in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 2019 and other related laws. Users are required to register and verify their identity (KYC), similar to banking apps, including scanning their national identification card and facial recognition. After registration, users can access over 150 services within the Tangrat app, and more services in the future, to facilitate digital government interaction for citizens of all ages.
