[User Guide]

To use various transaction services, a private certificate (Toss, Kakao, etc.) or a joint certificate is required. Joint certificates can be used after importing the one stored on your PC to your smartphone. ※ How to import from PC: PC Homepage (Joint Certificate Center > Export Joint Certificate > Copy Joint Certificate > Select Lotte Capital Mobile Banking App > Joint Certificate Center > Import Joint Certificate)

Please be aware that additional charges may apply depending on your subscribed data plan when using the service via a mobile network (3G/LTE/5G).

[App Access Permissions]

※ Essential Access Permissions

• Phone: Permission required for user identification.

• Camera: Permission required to capture ID cards and documents for submission when applying for a loan.

• Notifications: Permission required to provide essential information.

(Limited to Android 13 and above)

• Storage: Permission required for temporary storage and deletion of ID card images. (Limited to Android 12 and below)

• Music & Audio: Permission required for accessing storage in the library. (Limited to Android 13)

• QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES permission: This permission is required to detect and block malware installed on your smartphone.

(Limited to Android 11 and above)

※ Optional access permissions

• Photo Album: This permission is required to attach photos of identification documents and other materials when applying for a loan.

• Location: This permission is required to submit mobile property inspection reports.

(You can use the app even without allowing optional permissions, but access to some services may be restricted.)

(You can revoke agreed-upon app permissions in Settings -> Applications -> Lotte Capital -> Permissions)
