Official app of the Castilla-La Mancha Health Service for easily and conveniently completing the most common procedures and consultations from your mobile phone.

It allows you to request, modify, or cancel your appointment with the professionals at your local health center or doctor's office—family medicine, pediatrics, and nursing—and at your referral hospital. It also offers the option of adding it to your calendar or choosing to send an SMS reminder.

The SESCAM app has recently incorporated important new features. Through your Health Record, you can consult your digital medical record to access your main information and clinical reports, the medications you are taking with the date they are dispensed at the pharmacy, your registered allergies, and any vaccinations you have received.

In addition, it will allow you to check your status on the waiting list and search for the pharmacies closest to your home and those on call.

This app is for citizens with a health card in the community of Castilla-La Mancha. For certain procedures, you will be asked to identify yourself using your Personal Identification Code, printed on your health card, or authenticate yourself with a secure mechanism (eID, digital certificate, your permanent credential from the cl@ve system, or your My Digital Health username, which you can activate from the app).
