With the ARAG Health App, you can conveniently submit your medical bills online – quickly, securely, and without any paperwork.

FEATURES AT A GLANCE

• Submit receipts online: Scan or photograph your bills

and send them to us easily and securely via the app.

• Easily track processing status: Keep track of your submitted bills and their current processing status at all times.

• Billing overview: The billing overview displays important health data based on your submitted bills. At a glance, you can see the doctors treating you and the medications prescribed. You can add your own information if needed.

• Inbox: You'll find our correspondence in your inbox, such as benefit statements for your online submitted bills.

• Covered benefits at a glance: Which services are covered? With the ARAG Health App, you receive all relevant information clearly presented without having to read the policy terms and conditions.

SIGN-UP/REGISTRATION

After a one-time registration on your smartphone or tablet, you can submit your receipts digitally and track their processing status.

ACTIVATION OF FURTHER FEATURES

After registering, you will receive an activation code either via a 1-cent bank transfer or by mail. This code unlocks further features, including claims processing via the app, an overview of your invoices, and information about your insurance coverage.

SECURITY AND DATA PROTECTION

All data is transmitted using encryption.

Only you have access to the entries you add yourself.

COMPATIBILITY

The app is available for Android devices running Android version 10 and later.
