[Function Description] When you experience a sudden illness or injury, selecting the relevant symptoms on the screen will display the appropriate response based on the urgency of the situation (e.g., "Call an ambulance immediately," "See a medical institution as soon as possible," or "This is not an emergency, but you should see a medical institution"). Afterward, you can search for medical institutions (links to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's "Medical Information Network") and search for transportation options (links to the Japan Hire-Taxi Association's "List of Prefectural Associations" (taxi search) and the Fire and Disaster Management Agency's "List of Businesses Published on Each Prefecture's Website (Patient Transport Business Search)").

• The app is available for smartphones and tablets running Android 4.4 or later.

• Communication charges for using the app are the responsibility of the user.

• The Fire and Disaster Management Agency's Emergency Planning Office may, without prior notice to customers and for any reason, change the app's content, display, operation method, or other operational methods, or suspend or terminate the provision of the app. In this case, the Office shall not be held liable for any such suspension or termination.
