[New Feature] AI analyzes emails, and Alexa and the app automatically read new emails.
If you live alone,
place an Amazon Alexa (Amazon Echo Show or Fire TV) in the bathroom, kitchen, or on the sink, and install the mailSpeak app on your smartphone.
You can forward smartphone notifications and incoming calls to Alexa, so you can live with peace of mind without having to carry your smartphone around the house.
This is perfect for those who want to reliably catch app updates, news, stock prices, market information, work communications, etc., but are looking for a good tool.
Even if you use a tablet at home, you sometimes want to know about messages and notifications that only arrive on your smartphone, right?
Whether you're watching a live stream or TV, cooking in the kitchen, or relaxing in the bathroom, Alexa will notify you with sound and on the screen, making it stress-free!
Of course, many people don't use Alexa, so
you can also choose to forward (share) smartphone notifications to other smartphones or tablets instead of Alexa,
forward them to an email address, or have your smartphone automatically read them aloud.
Even those who don't use Alexa can utilize this feature. For example, if you, being tech-savvy, share smartphone notifications from your child or senior relatives, you can monitor their usage in real time and potentially prevent them from receiving dangerous messages or scams.
Beyond smartphone notifications, the smart home integration feature allows you to notify Alexa when the battery reaches a specified level. By integrating with smart plugs, this can prevent overcharging and unnoticed battery drain.
This mailSpeak app (Android only) integrates with Alexa's "mailSpeak" and "Smart Sensor" skills, allowing you to read and control emails received via mailSpeak (received at @mailSpeak.jp addresses) from the app.
While not an app for everyone, it could be a reasonably priced tool to achieve your goals, especially for those living alone, those who want to monitor their children's smartphones, or those who want to check on the smartphones of seniors, depending on how you use it.
Therefore, it allows installation and management on up to five smartphones with a single account, and supports biometric authentication (passkey), prioritizing the latest security and convenience.
Especially recommended for those living alone and working from home.
It might also be a good option for those who find Tasker or IFTTT a bit difficult.
Conversely, if you are able to build your own IoT devices, you can use smartphone notifications as triggers for smart home integration, so try building a smart environment via Alexa.

Summer 2026:
We released an app for Windows PCs.
A feature has been added that allows you to automatically share SMS/One-Time Password (OTP) numerical strings and URLs received on your smartphone to your PC's clipboard.
"AI Analysis" and "Clipboard" have been added to the app's "Notification Forwarding > Actions with Notifications > Linked Actions".
Similar to the AI analysis for received emails, you can also use the "Cost-Based AI" function for notifications by entering your own API key.
