Indian Vaccination Tracker

Keep factual vaccination histories for up to five children organised in one calm, private iPhone app. Each child has a separate profile, schedule comparison, and vaccination history. Switch children from Today, Plan, or Records, and manage every profile from Settings.

Indian Vaccination Tracker lets a parent or guardian record vaccination visits, administration dates, approximate dates, products when known, and routine or booster classifications. Today and Plan compare those factual records and the selected child's age with one published reference schedule. Updating from a single-child version automatically migrates the existing child and preserves visit history.

Choose from:

• Government of India National Immunization Schedule, presented with U-WIN provenance

You can change the selected reference later in Settings after confirmation. The app recomputes completed, partial, upcoming, due, and overdue reference comparisons without editing, deleting, duplicating, renumbering, or reordering vaccination records.

Privacy and data handling:

• No login or demo credentials

• Keep records in protected storage on this iPhone

• Optionally turn on private iCloud sync through the active device iCloud account

• No advertising, tracking, third-party analytics, or developer collection of personal or vaccination data

• Resolve differing local and iCloud copies explicitly

• Edit or delete individual records

• Delete all local and synced records from Settings

Reference timing is not personalised medical guidance. The app does not determine individual eligibility, catch-up timing, contraindications, or treatment. A qualified paediatrician should confirm what is appropriate for your child.
