Oto: Tinnitus Sounds & Support

Oto is a self-guided audio app for people who experience tinnitus (ringing in the ears). At its heart is a library of calming sounds you can listen to any time, alongside short guided audio and practical education to support your everyday wellbeing and routines.

What you’ll get

• A library of calming sounds — white, pink and brown noise, nature and environmental sounds, and layered soundscapes you can mix

• Adjustable volume and an optional sleep timer

• Short guided audio sessions (about 5–10 minutes) you can use any time

• Practical education and simple techniques to explore at your own pace

• Optional reminders, private notes, and light progress tracking
