Solarbank Home Widget is an independent, unofficial third-party app developed by Schneider Digitalwerk. It was not developed, offered, authorized, endorsed, or published by Anker or any affiliated company. There is no business relationship with Anker.

The widget displays data available after logging into the user's Anker SOLIX account. It does not replace the official manufacturer's app or manufacturer support.

Not every device supports all features Values ​​are available. Full or permanent compatibility with every model and firmware version is not guaranteed.

SOLIX X1 / Home Energy

Available energy values ​​are currently retrieved approximately every five minutes. Therefore, displayed values ​​may be delayed.

Updates

Updates are performed manually or automatically. "Approx. 1 min" is not a guarantee of minute-by-minute accuracy. Android, battery optimizations, power-saving features, and network connectivity can delay background updates. Manual updates remain possible during the night break.

Electricity Price and Currency

Electricity price and currency are adjustable. Savings values ​​are non-binding calculations based on the inputs and available energy data.

Requirements

• A configured, compatible Anker SOLIX system

• A valid and authorized Anker SOLIX user account

• An active internet connection

• A supported Android device with widget functionality

Data Privacy and Processing

The app uses login credentials to access Anker services and retrieve account data. The app does not save the password. Session data, retrieved asset values, and settings are stored locally in the app's private storage. Logging out removes the login session and cached asset data.

Schneider Digitalwerk does not operate its own servers for user accounts or asset data. The technically necessary communication takes place directly between the app and Anker services. The app does not send any control commands to the asset.

Anker's terms and privacy policy apply to data processing by Anker.

One-time purchase instead of subscription

No subscription is required to use the app. App updates provided via Google Play do not require a new purchase.

Languages

The user interface is available in German and English. English is used for other device languages.
