1. Safety Charter Diagnosis and Consultation

(It is operated on the web for stability. It will be integrated into the app later.)

□ The features of mobile Safety Charter Diagnosis and Consultation are as follows.

• Market price inquiry & risk diagnosis

The market price inquiry is provided by the Korea Real Estate Agency. Currently, it is possible to search for apartments, row houses, and multi-household houses with less than 50 households in the metropolitan area.

You can inquire the market price of the house you live in or the house you want to live in and diagnose the risk. If you have a certified copy of real estate registration, you can use a free diagnosis, and if you do not have a certified copy of real estate registration, you can use a paid (1,000 won) diagnosis. If you use Payment Diagnosis, you can receive a notification of changes in registered information of the target house free of charge for 2 years and 6 months.

• Global Contract Self-Test

You can check the important checklists provided by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport before, during, and after the charter contract.

• Landlord inquiry

Have you ever experienced that when a lessee applies for a deposit return guarantee from the Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation, issuance of the guarantee is rejected due to the landlord's prohibition of deposit? If the lessor agrees to provide information and authenticates in the Landlord Inquiry menu, we will inquire whether the person (lessor) is subject to the prohibition of subscribing to the jeonse guarantee. You can also view your past debt repayment history.

2. Safety charter guarantee product service (in-app operation)

□ The products that can be applied for are as follows.

• Jeonse deposit return guarantee

The jeonse deposit return guarantee is a guarantee product in which the lessor (landlord) is responsible for the return of the jeonse deposit that must be returned to the lessee (tenant) at the end of the jeonse contract. The subject of the Jeonse deposit return guarantee is the lessee (tenant). Regardless of the type of housing, joint tenants can also apply for a guarantee via mobile.

• Rent deposit guarantee

The rental deposit guarantee is a guarantee product that takes responsibility for returning the rental deposit to the lessee (tenant) if the rental business (landlord) does not return the rental deposit. A rental business (landlord) that leases private rental housing pursuant to Article 49 (1) of the 「Special Act on Private Rental Housing」 is obligatory to sign up for a rental deposit guarantee. Regardless of the housing type, joint rental companies can also apply for a guarantee via mobile.
