About the Mobile Delivery App

You can share personal and financial data with the delivery app in a few simple steps. For example, if you take out a loan. Don't make copies or look for PDFs. Everything online in an instant. You log in yourself at the (government) agency whose data we need for your product application. Ockto ensures that the data is retrieved. After your permission, Ockto will forward the data to ING in a secure manner. Immediately afterwards, ING can definitively assess your application.

That is how it works

If you apply for a loan, we need information from you to check your application. With the delivery app you can provide the necessary data to ING in just a few steps:

1. After downloading the app, you will immediately go to the right place where you can retrieve your data

2. You log in with your own DigiD

3. You check your data

4. As soon as you give permission to share your data with ING, they will be sent

After your permission you are done!

Why is the delivery app useful?

- You do not have to search for and send documents yourself

- You log in via DigiD and the shipment will be arranged for you

- After that we can immediately assess your loan application

Is the app safe?

- You control what data the app collects

- No data will be shared without your agreement

- Software supplier Ockto cannot view your data

- Ockto deletes the information after 3 days

- The app does not store any data on your phone or tablet

Always download the latest app version with the latest features and current security. Pay close attention to where you use the app, preferably not on public WiFi networks.
