The Samsung Life app will be discontinued on June 28, 2026.

All Samsung Life services have been integrated into the Monimo app.

Even after the app is discontinued, you can continue to use Samsung Life services through the Monimo app and the Samsung Life website.

**App Access Permissions**

In accordance with the amendments to the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc." and its Enforcement Decree, we would like to inform you of the access permissions used by the Samsung Life mobile app as follows. [Essential Access Permissions]

1. Call Status Management, Phone

A process for reading general phone status, used for network communication checks, PUSH messages, prevention of multiple logins, and designated device services.

2. Access to Device Photos, Media, and Files

Disk access permission, used for accredited certificate login and accredited certificate transmission (read, copy).

3. Items for investigation of acts disrupting credit order (prevention of voice phishing damage to Samsung Life APP users through malicious APP detection).

Malicious APP detection information and diagnostic information regarding detected malicious APPs.

[Optional Access Permissions]

1. Camera

Used to photograph required documents or import images from the gallery for the purpose of claiming accident insurance benefits or using the voice conversion service.

2. Location Information

Used to provide guidance on nearby Samsung Life branches based on your location.

※ You may still use the app even if you do not agree to allow optional access permissions, but there may be restrictions on the use of some features. ※ You can consent to or withdraw optional access permissions at Apps > Settings > Applications > Samsung Life Insurance > Permissions (Android 6.0 or higher), or Samsung Life Insurance mobile app full menu > Settings (Android 6.0 or lower).
