Part 1:

He simplifies deep wisdom of Sankhya philosophy of Kapil Muni and 14th Chapter of Bhagwat Gita to reveal the intricate functioning of 5 elements, 3 Guna, 5 senses and hopelessness forms Pravarti and hope becomes Sanskar with various examples so that every child can understand how it functions inside us.

Part 3:

When DK requests how we store hopelessness, RR gives us revolutionary theory in 9 episodes which is never decoded from Yog Sutra of Maharishi Patanjali. He lays down the science of mental health and explains how interplay of Mann, Buddhi, Chitt and Ahankar creates various scenarios we manifest as disorder or suffering and how just with awareness of science, we can restore mental health. He explains the inner process of various mental disorders.

Part 4:

Sleep is prevention and sleep is cure. Regeneration is optimal when we reach 8b/m in Non-REM stage of sleep by following the process of Saanjh. RR explains the science of each Prahar and how to align with them. What happens when we do not align?
