Tracky - Symptom Tracker

Tracky is the only journal you'll ever need to keep track of your day-to-day habits, problems and progress. You just need to create a category, as many tracked items as you want, and log them daily. Tracky will do the rest with it's advance statistics algorithms to find correlations between those items, helping you fix your sleep quality, stomachache, or whatever you want.
