Prayer Rakaat Counter

Hands-free Islamic prayer (rakaat) counter.

The phone lies flat on the prayer mat at the sujood spot, screen/sensor facing up.

It uses the **TrueDepth front sensor's raw depth data** (no photos, works in the dark) to detect sujood and count rakaat.

Counter is fully visible the whole time; nothing is recorded, saved, or transmitted.

Important Note:

Using an app or device to count prayer Rakaat is not forbidden (haram) in and of itself. Rather, it is a tool whose ruling depends on the condition of the user. It is permissible as a special exception for those who suffer from frequent forgetfulness and Waswasah (persistent doubts). However, it is disliked (makruh) for the general public who do not have these issues, as it may cause distraction, disrupt reverence (Khushu), and turn the prayer into a mechanical routine.
