ONE CENTRAL APP FOR SHARING

The new BBBank-SecureGo + App is the central approval and security application for authentications and approvals for all digital channels.

DIRECT RELEASE INSTEAD OF TAN

TANs no longer have to be entered for transactions with credit cards and in online banking or in the new banking app. The payments are confirmed in no time using a convenient direct release. Reach your goal with just a few clicks.

For payments via banking software (FinTS) or with existing online banking applications (via the Internet browser), a TAN may be displayed, which is entered as usual.

USER-FRIENDLY AND DESIGN

Our goal is to create a uniform user experience on all channels. The BBBank-SecureGo + app has the same design as the new OnlineBanking. A uniform and recurring design promotes intuitive operation.

HIGH SECURITY STANDARD

All communication is encrypted to ensure a high level of security. The execution of transactions is secured with your self-selected release code or with Touch-ID / Face-ID.

USE UP TO THREE DEVICES AT THE SAME TIME FOR SHARING

You can use the device management to independently register up to three devices (for banking). If the BBBank-SecureGo + is activated on the devices, you can make releases on any active device.

AND HOW TO GET STARTED YOUR APP "BBBank-SecureGo +" IN JUST A FEW STEPS:

Activation of the banking functions:

• Download the "BBBank-SecureGo +" app and set an individual "release code". This "release code" is used to release all payment orders in the future. Make a note of your release code. If you have forgotten this, the app must be reset and completely set up again.

• Call up the new BBBank online banking at www.bbbank.de/services_cloud/portal or at www.bbbank.de/banking2021 and click on "Data protection & security" -> "Security procedures" -> "SecureGo plus" . Now add a new device with an existing authentication method. In the next step you will be shown a QR code.

• Select the function in the app "Activate bank details for online banking" and scan the QR code displayed (in online banking). Finally, confirm the setup.

The activation of the "BBBank-SecureGo +" app is now complete and the app is ready for use.

For credit card payments, please proceed as follows:

• Request your activation code via https://www.bbbank.de/produkte/konten-und-karten/karte/3d-secure.html

• If you have applied for a new Mastercard® or Visa card (debit card or credit card), your personal activation code will automatically be sent to your electronic mailbox or by letter.

• Then go back to the website mentioned above and enter your card number and the activation code.

• Then start the app, set your personal release code and enter your new “credit card ID” displayed in the app on the above-mentioned website.

• In the last step, please confirm the registration with the TAN, which you will immediately receive as a message.
