Timecard Buddy

Timecard Buddy is an overdressed form filling app with the express purpose of filling and submitting timecards without using paper.

The original scanned timecards for supported payroll companies are provided with an easy to use interface including Signature Pads and Autofill Templates.

Timecard Buddy is currently in active development. The core functionality is still very useful at this stage, but users may look for features that have not yet been added. This is your chance to influence how this app is developed! Please email newendian@gmail.com with any comments, suggestions, or concerns. All final design decisions are at my discretion, but more heavily requested features will be considered more heavily.

Android versions below 5.0 do not support PDF generation. PNG files are exported instead.

What Timecard Buddy is not:

Timecard Buddy is not guaranteed to be accepted by your payroll department.

Timecard Buddy does not calculate times or provide statistics. With the exception of dates, only the fields you manually complete will be entered on the timecard.

Timecard Buddy is not secure. Here are its superficial security measures:

- The resulting timecard image is flat (text and images can not be individually extracted from it).

- Third party verification of the timecard is provided only by external services (such as your email client).

- All data is handled on device with the exception of Google's automatic backup feature
