When you start a focus session, Regain blocks the apps you choose - like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Reddit, and Twitter/X - until your timer ends. Powered by Apple's Screen Time, so Regain never sees which apps you block or accesses your screen time data.

STRICT MODE (PRO)

For students who want an extra layer of self-commitment. When you turn on Strict Mode, your session runs for the full duration you selected - helping you build the habit of finishing what you start. Enable or disable it anytime from Settings.

FOCUS GUARD (PRO)

An opt-in reminder that helps you follow through when willpower dips during a focus session. You stay in control - toggle Focus Guard on or off anytime from Settings.

PRIVACY

Sign in with Apple or Google is optional — signing in syncs your subscription across your devices. Your focus data always stays on your device, whether you sign in or not. Regain uses Apple's Family Controls to block distractions and never sees the names of the apps you block.

You can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings.
