My SocialCard

SocialCard holders can use the My SocialCard app to manage their card. The 19-digit card number and the authorisation code are required for the one-off registration in the app. Cardholders receive both when the SocialCard is issued.

After registering, cardholders can add their SocialCard to the app and use a wide range of functions. They can find out how high their current card limit is or what card transactions have been made. They can also request the PIN for their SocialCard, block the card if it is lost or unblock it again if the card is found.

Cardholders can use the app to easily add their SocialCard to Google Pay so that they can pay conveniently and easily with their smartphone.

In addition, the app is used to approve payments in e-commerce if separate authorisation of the payment is required.
